Azelis neemt Haarla Oy over

(ABM FN) Azelis heeft een akkoord getekend voor de overname van Haarla Oy. Dit maakte Azelis maandagmiddag bekend.
Haarla is een Finse distributeur van voedingsingrediënten en industriële chemicals.
Het familiebedrijf heeft 31 man in dienst.
Naar verwachting wordt de transactie nog voor het einde van dit jaar afgerond. Financiële details deelde Azelis niet.
