Syensqo breidt Amerikaanse productiecapaciteit uit

(ABM FN) Syensqo breidt de productiecapaciteit in de VS uit omwille van de stijgende vraag naar hoogwaardige materialen in de gezondheidszorg, waterfiltratie en markten voor hernieuwbare energie. Dit maakte het bedrijf donderdagochtend bekend.
Het gaat om een capaciteitsuitbreiding van 25 procent van de fabriek in Marietta, waar Syensqo Udel PSU produceert, een transparante plastic dat goed bestand is tegen hitte, zoals bijvoorbeeld bij sterilisatieprocessen.
De productieverhoging op de locatie in Marietta volgt na een recente uitbreiding in Augusta.
