Bernard Gustin wordt op 15 januari CEO van Elia

(ABM FN) Bernard Gustin wordt op 15 januari 2025de nieuwe CEO van Elia Group. Dit maakte het bedrijf donderdag bekend.
Gustin is momenteel onafhankelijk bestuurder en voorzitter.
De huidige CEO ad interim en tevens CFO, Catherine Vandenborre, heeft beslist haar professionele carrière te heroriënteren.
De overdracht van haar functies zal ze tot 30 juni mee begeleiden.
Als CFO wordt ze vanaf 1 april volgend jaar vervangen door Marco Nix, die overkomt van 50Hertz. Dat is het Duitse dochterbedrijf van Elia, waar hij al bijna 10 jaar CFO is.
