Stijging inflatie eurozone bevestigd

De inflatie in de eurozone is in januari gestegen conform de voorlopige cijfers. Dit bleek maandag uit data van statistiekbureau Eurostat.
De consumentenprijzen stegen op jaarbasis met 2,5 procent, na een inflatie van 2,4 procent in december.
In november kwam de inflatie nog uit op 2,2 procent en in oktober op 2,0 procent.
De kerninflatie bleef in januari staan op 2,7 procent, net als in de voorgaande maanden.
De diensteninflatie in de eurozone kwam in januari uit op 3,9 procent, tegenover 4,0 procent in de maand ervoor.
