Gimv achève son programme de rachat d’actions
(ABM FN) Gimv a achevé son programme de rachat d’actions portant sur 160.000 actions. C’est ce qu’a annoncé la société holding dans un communiqué de presse mercredi en après-bourse.
Le programme avait été annoncé le 19 février et portait sur 160.000 actions. Les actions rachetées seront utilisées pour la rémunération des employés et de la direction de Gimv.
Gimv détenait déjà 8.807 de ses propres actions, et ce nombre est passé à 168.807 actions à la suite du rachat.
