Ontex wil obligaties aflossen

(ABM FN) Ontex Group wil tot 400 miljoen euro aflossen op zijn obligatielening die in 2026 afloopt. Dat maakte het bedrijf maandagochtend bekend.
Het gaat om de obligatie met een uitstaand bedrag van 580 miljoen euro, met een coupon van 3,5 procent.
Obligatiehouders worden uitgenodigd hun stukken aan te melden. Het bod loopt van deze maandag tot volgende week maandag 31 maart.
Tegelijk wil Ontex ook nieuwe obligaties in de markt zetten voor 400 miljoen euro met een looptijd tot in 2030.
