Accentis verkoopt Duits dochterbedrijf

(ABM FN) Accentis verkoopt zijn Duitse dochterbedrijf Accentis Verwaltungs GmbH aan de Duitse familie Wohlfarth. Dit meldde de Antwerpse holding voor semi-industrieel vastgoed dinsdag nabeurs.
De familie Wohlfart betaalt circa 2,5 miljoen euro voor Accentis Verwaltungs.
Accentis Verwaltungs is eigenaar van de site ‘Schiltach’, gelegen in het gelijknamige Schiltach. De site bestaat uit een industrieel complex met een totale verhuurbare oppervlakte van ongeveer 23.100 vierkante meter.
