Britse economie groeit in hoger tempo

(ABM FN) De Britse economie is in februari harder gegroeid. Dit maakte het Britse statistiekbureau vrijdagochtend bekend.
Het Britse bruto binnenlands product steeg met 0,5 procent. Alle belangrijke sectoren droegen volgens het statistiekbureau bij aan deze groei.
Voor januari werd het cijfer vrijdag opwaarts bijgesteld van 0,1 procent krimp naar 0 procent.
Op jaarbasis bedroeg de groei in februari 1,4 procent.
