Media: Elliott bouwt grote positie op in HP Enterprise

Elliott Investment Management heeft een belang van meer dan 1,5 miljard dollar opgebouwd in HP Enterprise. Dit meldde Bloomberg dinsdag op basis van bronnen.
Daarmee is Elliott een van de vijf grootste aandeelhouders van het bedrijf.
Elliott zou in contact willen treden met het management van HPE om te pogen de waarde van het bedrijf te vergroten. Wat de exacte agenda van de activistische aandeelhouder is, is onbekend.
Het aandeel HPE won dinsdag 7,1 procent.
