Xior rondt overname in Polen af

(ABM FN) Xior heeft de overname van twee studentenresidenties in Wroclaw en Warschau afgerond. Dit maakte de Belgische kotmadam woensdagavond bekend.
Het betreft twee studentenresidenties met in totaal 900 bedden. Door de overname telt Xior nu 3.600 kamers in Polen.
Het gaat om een investering van 67 miljoen euro voor Xior.
De projecten moeten samen een bruto rendement van 10,5 procent opleveren.
