Proximus ziet CEO vertrekken

(ABM FN) Proximus ziet zijn CEO Guillaume Boutin midden mei vertrekken naar Vodafone. Dit meldde het telecombedrijf vrijdagavond.
Boutin is sinds 2019 topman van Proximus en zal bij Vodafone aan de slag gaan als CEO Vodafone Investments & Strategy. Hij wordt ook lid van het directiecomité van Vodafone Group.
“Tot aan zijn vertrek zal Guillaume al zijn energie stoppen in het behouden van de goede dynamiek bij Proximus”, zei het bedrijf.
Intussen gaat de raad van bestuur van Proximus op zoek naar een opvolger.
